J2 Sourcing Acquires 100% of G4 Sourcing in France to Strengthen Market Presence

J2 Sourcing, a leading provider of electronic component sourcing solutions, is pleased to
announce the acquisition of 100% of G4 Sourcing (G4), a well-established components broker in
France. G4, acquired by Grégory Lacroix in 2018, have established themselves as a competitive
sourcing partner on the French market. This strategic acquisition aligns with J2 Sourcing’s
ambition to expand its presence and operations in several key EU markets.
G4 brings a team of experienced professionals who have long-standing expertise in the
industry. Their deep knowledge and established customer relationships provide a solid
foundation for J2 Sourcing to further enhance its market position in France.
The acquisition will create significant synergies, enabling J2 Sourcing to offer its comprehensive
range of services to the French market, including G4 existing customer base. This integration will
provide customers with a broader range of solutions and a higher level of service.

expand operations in France in the coming years.
